Dont know but the band name " Me first and the Gimmee Gimmee's " flashed up in my mind as soon as I saw it 
ADR's Smitty? If they let those shitful little Chinese pocket bikes into the country why cant we get real ones? Imagine 20 grown men racing these things around a go kart track!

If you want to be racing pocket bikes around a gokart track, make your way out to Sth Morang.
Some years ago, myself and about 10 other riders took our bikes out there and traded up to Pee Wee 50 bikes.
We had full leathers, knee sliders, the works on and raced this things in a Le Mans style race around an outdoor kart track.
Best fun......

You may have to become the importer. Pretty sure Kwaka OZ sees no market for them despite the fact they are huge in places like Thailand where I saw them. Would be fun but I don't know how keen I'd be to get on the Freeway to go to work on one
