Crashed.... Hard :(

Haven't had this bike for long (8 weeks to be exact, had a Z750 for a while before hand), and she's all dented. Sad
Went to a mates place to help him get his bike back to street spec, then went for a ride.
Turned left from East-West Arterial, onto Sandgate Rd (taxi in front of me). Taxi and i both went to the same lane. He was going slow in the left lane (doing about 20k's) so i decided to change lanes, indicated, accelerated.... and then the cab decided he wanted to change lanes in front of me.
If you know th ebit on Sandgate Rd im talking about (between Junction Rd, and East-West Arterial) theres on traffic island - just a painted white line.
So I got forced out onto this line, grabbed the brakes, and next thing I know im watching my bike go sliding down the road.
I dont know if I grabbed the white line, a cats eye, or just a pile of crap on the road, but between braking and hitting the road, it was all over in a split second.
Thankfully, I was in jacket, boots, back protector, and draggins, so the only bark off is a graze on my knee. Gear mind you has seen better days, and won't be getting used again.
Stupid car that changed lanes didn't see me, or see me go down, so they've kept driving. Much thanks to the people that stopped though.
Here's the pics of the damage.
My question is, will they repair the bike (see one of the pics) if there is a dent in the frame from the handle bars?.
