During the GP this year when the former Champions were doing their ride around – Doohan, Magee and Beattie - my mates and I got talking about how much riding these guys do anymore.

I know Magee does some stuff with race school here in Sydney so he is still riding a bit and ive heard of Beattie doing track days but none of us knew of Doohan doing anything.

Does anyone know if Doohan rides bikes at all anymore (other than this years gp)?

The thing they were doing at the GP would have been so much better if they had of just hit it and raced each other

anyway its friday arvo and im just trying to avoid working

I reckon Beattie's been practising his stunting skills...he did a huge wheelie down Gardener Straight

yep he sure does ...... Honda give him a new bike every year as they do for Gardner and i know Jack Brabham used to get a new Honda given to him every year too

I guess he has too much time with other toys now...
