I just read that Abe has been killed in a car crash, can anyone shed light on this?

If you go to the MotoGP site there is an article on there and zzzak hasd posted on here about it also. He was killed over the weekend. He hit a truck riding a bike through Tokyo and died instantly. Very sad to have heard this.
