Yesterday some absolute tool in a white van tried to kill the Honda Rider, twice.

This was on The Northern Rd, Penrith, between Orchard Hills and Bringelly lights, about 9-15ish.

The Tool was tailgating the HR who apparently was sitting just over the speed limit, as in less than a metre gap. At no stage did this menace attempt to pass legally, but twice tried to go up the left side and deliberately force him into oncoming traffic. The HR got around some of the traffic to get away, but when he pulled up at Greendale road this #$#%# got out of his van, and verbally abused Beau for not doing way above the speed limit, then squared up to him. Of course the HR stood his ground, so this Waste Of Space pulled out some 2-by-4 and proceeded to threaten him with it. At this stage I was approaching (got caught at the lights at Penrith), the guy looked up, saw the second bike, jumped in his van and turned up Bringelly Rd, leaving a very shaken and extremely angry Honda Rider.

This Clown's rego is AI 71 BQ. Its an older white van, with a partial ph no. on it, but no business name. Apparently its also sporting a dint in its door

Yes, we reported it. No, the cops are not interested, in spite of Beau being threatened with a weapon, and this guy promising to kill him if he ever sees him again. I'll bet they would have been interested if it was a bike rider threatening a car driver

If anyone saw this take place, or hears of someone who saw this happening, please PM me. Otherwise keep well away from this dick.

I copped shite everytime I sit at the speed limit, especially around roadworks and even school zone once. So bad that I sent a letter to VicRoads whether it is common practice to sit at +5 speed limit. Here was the answer:

VicRoads would recommend that you continue to follow and abide by the posted speed limits on Victorian roads. Adhering to the speed limit greatly reduces your direct involvement in causing a accident due to excessive speed.

Obviously this was my pre-KSRC times. Now I'm smart enough to know that speeding is a good safety investment. I still don't do it around school though.

I can think of some very nasty ways to get revenge on a trady with an advertised work number

you could even damage his business quite severly if you took the steps too.

At least report it and see if anything happens.

Did you get that number on his van? Pay a visit to his workplace and entertain him with some cocktails... of the Molotov variety

My advise is to not fark around with dickheads in future, and stay well ahead or well behind any tools on the road.

this sort of thing really shits me, some months ago i had a guy pulling over on me so i honked the horn, next thing at the lights hes out of the car, punches my van a few times, hurt his hand so i laughed and at the same time theres a bike rider across the road pointing to this guy and making wanking gesture, which i also found funny, so guy now get really angry (still dont know why, i could have just let him hit me and claimed on his insurance) he opens my door and starts throwing punches, i deflect every punch so all he hits is dash, steering wheel, b pillar so then he tried to drag me out of van, oh and this guys a security guard, still in uniform

i go to parra cop shop they are not the least bit interested was all i could do to just get a report done and get a file number, at least if someone else reports him its on record and they can see he has a history

what pisses me off the most though is how they will hunt you down like a murderer if they get you for 10 k over the limit but anything else they just dont give a rats arse

lets find out where this guy lives and a couple hundred of us go pay him a visit

gives ya the shits huh....

almost makes ya wanna carry a weapon and sort out ur own justice...
