Sneaky Cops on the Putty

A couple of weeks back there was a post about the cops hitting the north end of the Putty in unmarked cars etc. Well Hoff and I went for a trip round the Putty loop on Saturday and can confirm that yes they are up there.
Heading north we notice a Silver VY/VZ SS going South. Keep an eye out in the mirrors for a bit in case he turns around but don't see him. We pull into the Halfway house for a drink and a bite, then when leaving said Siver SS comes howling around the corner as we're pulling out and shoots past both of us. Following him until the twisties he speeds up to 120/130, belts through some corners, slows back down to 90/100, takes off again etc etc. We creep up then back off and eventually stop and wait just before the twisties, agree he's likely a cop, give him a few minutes to clear off and off we go, slighltly carefully just in case he's up ahead. Surprise, surprise here he is coming back the other way. He obviously knew we were on to him and weren't going to blast past him so he turned around to look for some new game. Didn't come back around after us though.
When we got to Broke we caught up with a guy on a Honda who got done by him for 120 in the 100.
So be careful up there folks and if you see anyhting that looks even half suss, back off and wait rather than blasting past.
