Wheelie How-to

Found this video on how to wheelie prolly the best one ive seen so far, now just gotta find the balls to go out and try..

how hard should you be accelerating in first???

Id practise on an old ag bike before you do it on the ZX6 :shock:

until the front lifts... then hold it steady and get use to it floating....

as u get better, u will be more comfy..then u can increase the power..so as it floats up, u gradually increase revs until it gets where u want it (balance point or near)...then it comes down to throttle/brake control to keep it there...

its something u cant just explain..u have to practice..and more often than not..part of the practice is falling off...

Go to the black spur see a xr8 going too slow drop it from third to second grab a fist full of throttle,smile and hey presto wheelie past window ;) gotta luv the nine :lol:

Well i did it i went out and found a quiet road in an industrial estate and tried it over and over. At first i was getting nothin but i started accelerating harder and harder and it finally came up :D

it was only coming up maybe 5 to 6 inches each go but thats a success for me certainly something i dont want to rush.

i witnessed a z1000 do a nice little 2nd gear clutch up the other night.... ..so any1 who tells u they are not a wheelie bike, is a liar... probably helps that they have the heart of a niner!!

im not sure.... i couldnt see what colour the ductail was from where i was sitting... :P
