In talking to Dan, it looks like a server upgrade by our hosts went a bit pear shaped and caused KSRC to be down for a couple days.
That wouldn't have been to bad as daily back ups would have restored everything. Unfortunately it appears the back ups had not been working and the last one, that ppl thought was Sundays, was actually from 6 weeks ago.
Therefore we have lost the last 6 weeks worth of posts as well as about 100 new members..

3 Things I would appreciate if ppl could do is ,

1. Without looking like spamming, let your friends and ppl on other forums know we had a problem and if they had joined in the last 6 to 8 weeks can they please check back in and if there account is not active either rejoin or let the admins know. I have had a couple of e-mails from ppl who are having problems logging in and will be fixing those this morning.

2. We have lost the t-shirt and hoodies orders. I will put the post back up, so can those that want one please repost there order.

3. Get the discussions back up about the goings on, like the upcoming GP's and any rides and get togethers so ppl can organise themselves.

Sorry about this as we had some good discussions going and quite a few active new members had joined.

We had the same problem on BB, but i'm sure before long we will all be up and running smooth again and forgotten that anything even happened. Three cheers for dan for all the hours that he would have spent trying to sort all the problems out.

Yes, I can safely say Dan was not real happy last night...

Looks like Dan will be shouted a few beers at the GP then...

Not sure if anyone else has this problem but if I click on BOARD INDEX at the top of the page it logs me off but I can still see my profile name at the bottom showing I'm logged on. I no longer have access to anything.

Nope, that doesn't happen to me, either, Jen. Try clearing out your IE / Firefox cache and try again - hopefully that will solve the issue

Jen I had same problem, I just loged on then asked PC to remember pass word. Logs me on automatically.

Yeah Ive had a few problems with it, glad you guys have got it back running... But Ive just recieved an email saying that I have a PM from somebody at KSRC, but I dont have any messages in my PM box?? Plus My Avatar disappearded, but Ive since reloaded it?? But dont know where the Private Message has gone??
