How the fcuk can she "know" this

" Ms Spence said some members of the Rebels, Bandidos, Finks, Outlaws and Nomads gangs were murderers, rapists, armed robbers, drug traffickers and fraudsters."

She had better hide  :toimonster:

the real unfortunate thing about it is that EVERYONE who rides a bike, and I include the Minister for Defense in this, is considered part of a "bikie" gang when the reality is these guys are the 1%ers but alas for us these are the guys that attract headlines through their actions.

Personally i'd be surprised if she wasn't too far off the mark at all, but at the same time, don't associate me with a "bikie gang" simply becuase I ride in the Toy Run and donate to the Salvos...

Good on MRAQ for their statement also Ulysses.

"Motorcycle Rider Association of Queensland committee member Peter Wadsworth said his group was law-abiding and hoped the public knew the difference between bikies and bikers."

" Ms Spence said some members of the Rebels, Bandidos, Finks, Outlaws and Nomads gangs were murderers, rapists, armed robbers, drug traffickers and fraudsters."

Sounds just like a section of the general non biking public to me.

Unfortunately we're relying on the public to pick the difference between Bikies and Bikers...Ironically in the article below where the Mitsi Pajero went off the road at Lower Beechmont ,in the Picture there are at least 2 Bikers pitching in on the rope to try lift the driver up...while the bikies are selling drugs etc, thats the difference.

She obviously doesn't have a clue or uttered something over the weekend and the journos are making the rest up to fill a hole in the paper.

I havnt been on a toy run but do know the diference between guys riding cruisers wearing rally jackets and A bunch of gangsters with a hide out with 3 meter fences.

I think they all ride viragos to the toy run dont they.

well its a good excuse to add the bling i wanted to all year let me,

a holder for my hand held chain for the those mid ride episodes of road rage

a pouch to hold ninja stars in just on top of the tank for quick access at toll booths

lol..

now that we are regarded as mean corrupt and down right nasty people then we should all mod our bikes mad max style and show them what they wanna see.

i think the stigma has always been there for motorcyclists.

these clubs wrong or right do what a lot of rich ass corporates would never do.........GIVE TO THE NEEDY

Yeah sure they are in a club that sticks out like sore thub but thats what they do and who they are.

Spence get your facts right and go look for the 1,000's of real crims who need catching or go and organise a few million to be handed to the charities in question.
