young italian charger dave guigliano has qualified 2nd on the provisional grid for sundays WSS race at donnington park.

bad news for the aussies tho with kev curtin and broc parkes both crashing and breaking their collar bones, i know how they feel.

pere riba was 6th and PI victor foret was 25th although it was in the uk and it was raining - no surprise in that.

final qualifying will be on tonight.

in 1000 superstock mark aitchison is 11th, brendon roberts wont be riding as he recovers from injuries sustained in testing.

Terrible luck for Curtain and Parkes. I think Seb Charpentier is also injured (hip and collarbone) and in doubt for the race.
As well as the rain, the temperature didn't even get over 8 degrees! Brrrrr.

Damn collar bones.

At least they will get them pinned quickly and be riding again in a few weeks

3 riders down after a bike dropped it's guts into turn one, they didn't get up and the ambos carted them off, not looking good for them
