Much prettier than the 14, though I don't like the GSXR-esque headlight. Looks far less comfy, too!

They are not claiming higher power, just a higher speed. Being that the Jap 4 have a gentlemans agreement to restict speed, it is of little worth.

Also, they are claiming 312Km/h. Wern't the orig ZX12 and Bussa both quicker than that stock?

...and as it is really an upgrade (or special) to the current model I dont see it as a big deal anyway.
I thought all the modern thou's would be pullling near that speed anyway ?
Whats the signifigance of 312 ? 320 might mean something to the average punter.
Massively UNimpressed sorry

Well, considering numerous litre bikes nowadays are showing 300 odd in 5th, I I am not convinced......

I thought the 14 was claiming the most powerful production motorcycle crown, and that this MV was going to be the one to take that away...when did it become anything about top speed?

I guess when no one else could match the power of the ZX14?

More like the GSX-R copied the MV F4's headlight.

They're a very comfy bike, too.

As long as you're a contortionist and on the track all the time. They aren't that comfy on the street with high pegs and low bars, but you DO the the looks, they sound sweet, and the power and torque from the 1000 is awesome...

The key words are "which beats all of the other speed limited machines,"
If you de restrict all of the 1 litre bikes as well as the ZX14, ZX12 and GSX1300R they will all beat the 300km mark and most will out perform the MV. But saying that the MV's are a sexy looking peice of metal.

I was more impressed reading about the Smart Car with the GSXR1000 engine in it.

Hey if you bought the MV, at least you'll know that a copper on an unmarked ZX14 will never catch ya!!!!
