So i bought a new lid and jacket...

wasnt gunna tell yas, wasnt gunna show yas...but its killing me...
found a few lids i liked and decided to go with this one as i hadnt seen it round (stumbled upon it in the boonies last weekend when up there for a wedding and happened to get lost and find the local bike dealer
)
this is the one i considered... mainly for ther carbon vents and pic on the back...

tho i went with this one below...
at $290 including a tinted mirror visor, the price was right..it has a few faults (according to the test websites) but the price is good, and the finish is SUPER (they are trying to break into the market really)...
and the jackets cool cos the leather sleeves zip off, its got a liner, several vents (zip closable) CE armour, and it looks tuff... it was abt $359 RRP..think i paid abt $310 ish...

i was so close to getting the wheelie dude one, with pistons on the front..but it had shitty clamp style fastener...

i cannot believe i waited five minutes for that to download on my mobile, only to find out you bought a CMS!!! Trying to break into the market ya reckon mate!! Nath,they've been trying to break into the aussie market since 1988!!!!! Bahahaha! The other stuff looks horn but mate!!!

I have a CMS helmet, think it stands for Complete Mangy Shit myself, heavy and doesn't breathe but then mine might be bottom of the range, does have the clasp thing, is why I wanted the D rings on my Shoei, the strap on the CMS keeps coming loose.
Know someone in Melbourne that has that same lid Neka

mate i tried the OGK and i just didnt have the head for it.... i looked like i was a conehead (not the kind u boys get excited about, like that movie with Dan Akroyd)
it didnt fit..so i thought id buy a cheap shit town lid, and keep my semi-good XLITE for duties like track (if i go back) or longer rides & hills rides etc...
