Good on ya Casey!
Damn he rode a perfect race keeping the doctor at bay ! And how crazy is it that he set the fastest lap of the race on the final lap!
The M1 had nothing on the Duc on the straight!

SENSATIONAL !!!!.
I wore the Green Kit For Ponti's Fox spectacular, Hair/shirt/thongs & looked like a Total Pillick. Think i'll be Feebaying some Red/ Stoner Kit for the rest of the season.
Think our Motogp Frogs are snails.

Great to watch.
Good tussles for the first 3 spots. Glad to see Casey hold his own all the way through. 2 aussies in the top 10.
Shame about the kwakkas - 12th and a DNF seems to make it no real change on last season yet. We'll see.

casey was great, but if he didn't have the faster machine advantage over rossi, it'd be hard!
on the other hand rossi was able to over take him couple of times even with a slower machine

Are you kidding???

Did you actually watch the race??????

FWIW, Yamaha had to turn the fuelling down on the M1 in order for it to make race distance on one tank! Thus, Rossi's bike was a tad sluggish in a straight line! But did you actually watch the little bugger ride the turns???? He was insanely fast into, through and out of the turns. Casey would pull away once the spring wound up on the ducati slingshot for sure, but Rossi was killing him an almost every corner.
I think it was perhaps the most inspired ride I have ever seen out of Valentino! I doubt that this is the start of the end of his career, more a Renaissance of his career!

I thought Vale was faster into and through the turns than Casey because...Casey knew he didn't have to be! Setting the fastest lap of the race_ and a circuit lap record to boot, on the last lap shows Casey wasn't pushing his machine, tyres or himself. Rossi has beaten faster bikes since he switched to Yamaha but he had no answer at Losail...but.."HE'LL BE BACK"

Casey rode a great race and the big Duke not only had power by the bucket load but handled well as well.
I think Rossi rode the best reace he could on a very under powered bike. The last time I saw Rossi ride that hard was his 10 second penalty at Phillip Island a couple of years ago.
In the tighter races Rossi will smoke them.
This is going to be a great season. Hopefully the Repsols don't figure in the big points.
