I'd say he's a Pom who momentarily forgot he was riding in France and ended up on the wrong side of the road! My Brother just about had a collision with a mate of his in France doing the same thing, my Bro stopped to check on a noise on his bike and his mate realised he was missing so went back to look for him but strayed onto the wrong side and met my brother mid corner with both bikes sharing the same lane
