Motorcycle penalties in NSW

I was checking out the RTA website when I came across this page:

What I find pretty *amusing* is the inclusion of 2, 3 and 4 "
unhelmeted passengers"
Obviously they just copied this from the car passenger section, but FFS it's an official website...doesn't anyone check these things for accuracy?

I've seen a bloke with 2 kids on a bike. One on the tank and one behind him. Neither of the kids wearing helmets.

Speaking of M/C Penalties...
I got caught speeding twice when i first moved down here 18 months ago and lost 6 points through the process. I still had my QLD license at the time...
Well, I finally got around to changing over to a NSW license and wouldn't ya know it...
I got all 12 points! WOO HOO!

Thats awesome! Thats what I'm hoping will happen when I finally get around to switching from NSW to Qld licence (currently lost 24pts

yea i had a similar thing when i moved to SA...tho i got 3 points transfered onto my SA licence...but instead of the 11 i had when i left NSW and the 8 id accrued since moving, 3 wasnt bad....
mind u my solicitor told me to move to Qld cos they have a licence that no other states check with...
