Well I THOUGHT they were pretty rare nowdays (Gpz250R that is NOT GPX

) but the amount that come up for auction on ebay makes me think otherwise. They really werent anything special when they came out, just the precursor to the GPX and ZZR 250's. They are just R's not RR's (if you get my drift).
They are WAY old now too and were the first bikes to use the motor still in the ZZR250 so you would have to think that any that are arounds motors would be pretty shot (but like a say there are a LOT of ZZR 250s so motors should be easy enough to get). But they had FAR more ground clearance than either and handled VERY decent for a 250 of the era (even now I should think). Suspension would have to be shot by now surely (dont call me Shirley damn it

)
I did bid up to $600 for this one but getting it from Sydney would be a hassle and push the price up to more than it was worth (for me) and I am TRYING to save money for SBK anyway.... *sigh*
Do I still want one (Bonester keeps finding me heaps of the buggers somehow) YEP but I have WAY too many already. naked ZX12R (when I get it back), soon to be rebuilt ZX7R, soon to be sold (after a rering) NSR150SP and the newly refurbished (and now reloving it) Darmah SD900. Rego alone would kill me. One day one will come up for sale in Qld at the right time and i will KNOW it is mine..... when it is look out Morgan Park at Warwich

if you wanted one here in sudney, just figure a way to get it to my place and you can keep it there until you figure a cheap way to get it back (i.e. share a trailer on the way back to qld perhaps?)
offers there if you need it, a 250 doesn't take up much room.
