ok..me not kno much abt nerdboxes..BUT... ive done virus scans, spyware scans, and cleaned out a bunch of crap (porn mostly) off my HDD and defraged it.... thought this POS would run better...


a few times over the last 3 days..whilst opening multiple windows to view this wonderful site, the pc has gone nuts, oppening up page after page..... after abt 50 odd it shits itself and i gotta try to shut it down...then it says "ksrc is not responding" when i CNT/ALT/DLT

ne1 got a fuking clue why this is goin on?? b4 i put a stubby thru the screen preferably....

Suggest you download and install ad-aware and something like spybot search and destroy for starters, probably both available from http://www.download.com and both free.

After you've ran them and cleaned the HD then time to install a pop up blocker such as google toolbar for example.

Last but not least, you're gonna have to wean yourself off the pron sites a bit as they are the cause of all your troubles

Yep, what he said. Especially the last bit. Usually the multiple popup thing is porn related. Or so I'm told.

Are you using Internet explorer? if so you the googlebar would help or better yet go to http://www.getfirefox.com and download firefox

you have some unwanted software or unwanted browser mods

as Mick sez..get Adaware or Spybot (both free off the net)
run them (and then say yes..to clean ya PC)
also make sure yr antivirus is up to date

another hint....as kassx sez
don't use Internet Explorer (unless its version 7) to browse the web
use Firefox or Mozilla (both free off the net again)

i ran ad-aware and found nothing...i ran antivirus and found nothing.... and i have reliable porn sites which havent caused me probs before.....

What he means is; no matter how bad the viruses and other assorted nasties get - the porn ALWAYS gets through.

Maybe so, but it's not KSRC.

Make sure your antivirus libraries are up to date, and also give these couple of programs a shot:

Spybot: Search and Destroy
SuperAntiSpyware

Yup, spybot and adaware usually do the job for me...

I also use "firefox" as a browser instead of internet explorer.... since internet explorer is riddled with security problems....

Neka - its the porn mate, simple as that. The Google tool-bar is free, and does a great job at blocking all the pop-ups when I read the stories on the PlaySkanks sites !!!

It's the Spy Doc or Spy bot that causes it Neka! When the little icon pops up click X and shut it down ot stop it going nutso!!! it usually pops up on the lower right ofthe screen. If you don't and click the message box it goes nuts! Mine does the same!
