AMCN now that Ken has gone. Although his boring as bat shit piece in the arse end is a waste of space.
Actually, talking about a waste of space, the page they waste for Fred Gassit could be put to better use. I mean, they could use it for advertisements or something.
Funnily enough, I always read Gassit, hoping that one day it will a) make sense or b) be funny.

I subscribe to AMCN (fir the news, tests and race info) pick up Cycle Torque free whenever I'm in a bike shop and have started buying Rapid Bikes (a lot of the contributors are whackers but the articles on modding bikes seem to be good)
I used to get Two Wheels but I reckon it's more of a Latte sippers read now (I also think Jeremy Bowdler is one of the largest tossers I've ever had anything to do with)
...and I like Fred Gassit . I've had a "I was speedin' because bikes fall over if you don't go fast" T shirt in my wardrobes constantly since they released them (for $17.50 you can't go wrong).
For those that remember the old Bike Australia was a great mag. A lot of the older journa's now I think came out of there eg Peter Thoemig, Mr Smith, Grant Roff
