I suppose I could have added this to my previous topic but WTF.

Today I became the proud owner of a 09/2001 ZZR 1100. :D

It's like new, 11600 kms, brand spanking new tyres and battery, goes like a shower of shit (oops can I say that) and even the missus thinks it's a great ride. It's my 4th kwaka, ('83 GPZ250, '78 Z650, '88 GPZ900R) and now the ZZR.

Thanks to everone that responded to my plea for advice, it never ceases to amaze me how total strangers will will help someone out when all they know about them is a common interest.

Hope nobody minds if i drop into this forum now and again.

Stay upright

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

mate, nobody *minds* if you drop in, we would encourage you to add whatever you want to about your bikes.

Good news about securing your new scooter, I am sure you will enjoy many years of hooning pleasure  ....... and remember, every modification is for *safety*, so the missus gives you the green light to spend spend spend !!!!
