No **** bike for me......

Well,
It has been a while..... but anyways a few ppl here already know about this but basically, I had a bit of an incident which resulted in my nice shiny road bike ending up in bits and pieces..... But no injuries to me so that is the important thing but it made me sit back and think a bit, and in the end i have decided to give the road bike the flick for a while.......
So I have pretty much secured a track bike, 95 ZX6R ready for NE2 next year, which I hope to pick up on Monday

So you'll still see me about, but probably only on the track
So that is about it for now! So keep it real and I will see ya round

I will be back in canberra in a few days, so will be able to finally jump back on the net a bit more often!
Cheers

Bit of a shame Swabio but at least you will have a heap of fun on the track bike.

Great news about the track-bike ( bad luck about the orange

roadie though, at least you are 100%..)
If you can get on the track day of the 16th that would be sweet, except your name's not Dave

, so that probably rules you out
Now we will have MadKaw and yourself in NE2 next year...........
perhaps its time I built my own trackbike - its all there, in the shed, just not *together*......

Well stop talking and start building Gos

I might then even be encouraged to finish mine and have a lash up there in NSW next year with you all. Imagine what derby that would be!!!!

would be a hoot mate !! only problem........my *potential* trackie is Forgotten Era, not NE2, so we wouldn't be out there for together, except maybe for the 'Tokyo Express' events, where they lump all the bikes >500cc, from FE, NE1 and NE2 together

for *feature* races.
I reckon its about 50-60 hours worth to build the bugger, its *all* there, just in a bits...........better get spannerin'......
Will be great to see Swab's out there .... I reckon he will do alright in NE2.
Wakefield Park first round Swabio !!! Home track advantage mate

What is NE2?
Sounds like "ANY TWO" do you get to ride any two bikes?

I'm sure you gave the decision a lot of thought and at least you are still going to be on two wheels
Good luck with the track riding!
