What are you guys on about, thats a perfectly good, almost like new lever & master cylinder

You guys just need to learn how to interpret what wreckers really mean, they don't have the same definitions as the rest of the world.... I've burned a couple of time, now I go into the wreckers or ask for photos if it interstate.

What wreckers say and what they mean, an interpretation by Stereo.
Say: "Yes, we have those parts, we had one of those bikes come in 3 days ago"
Mean: "Wouldnt have a f*cking clue, you probably live an hour away, but come over here and I will look for it it for a few minutes and then realise you said "Z" xr, not "GS" xr..... And when you said 2004, I thought you meant 1974".
Say: "Yeah, we have a green one, Im looking at it right now"
Mean: "Yeah, we have a green one, I could look at it if I wanted to, and if I did I would realise it was red and dented"
Say: "Make me an offer"
Mean: "Make me an offer as long as it is only 10% below the price of the new part"
Say: "This part will fit your bike perfectly"
Mean: "Mate, you are paying slightly below the price of a new part and you want it to fit? get out of my face, but give me your money first".
Say: "We will give you a good price for it"
Mean: "Since you hired a trailer to get your crap over here, you wont want to take it home with you, so Im going to ream you. Haha sucker"
Say: "Hello"
Mean: "Im going to try to ream you"
Say: "Goodbye"
Mean: "Haha sucker!"

agreed.
vic motorcycle wreckers are fantastic.
they don't f*** me around. they usually give me a decent price, but when it aint cheap, they still tell me upfront and respect my decision to go another way.
