Hi all,

I am hoping you lot will be able to help me out here.
I don't ride and know very little about bikes and all the other stuff that go along with them. Yes, call me clueless when it comes to two wheels.
Anyhow, my partner is very much into sports bikes...rides a ninja. (Don't ask me what model, I have no idea).
We have just had a baby girl, and I wanted to get him something for his fathers day that he is really gonna love.
Any ideas and suggestions??
I have a budget of a few $100. He already had all the safethy gear...leathers, etc. Has a camel pack, spine protector, etc.
Help me think of something memorable.

*Ideally he would love to upgrade his bike, its in the pipeline, but can't quite afford it yet.*

Thanx.

We don't have any KSRC shirts left but Colette may have some hats.
Alternatively, check the Kawi web site for stuff.

The paddock jackets are great value at $75..

A miniature model of his bike....

A Kawasaki backpack......

If he has the complete stock standard grips (completely black) you can get him some Kawasaki grips (find out the model and colour and go into a shop).

Uuuhm.... Thats all I could think of, hope it helps....

How could you go passed the track day???

I can't wait to get those for my father's day gifts! Just need a kid for the upcoming one. Anyone got a kid I can borrow until next Sunday?

I got three you can borrow, I'm thinking they'll cost you more in a week than the value of a track day though :D

Seeing as the track down is out of your price range.

I agree with a jacket and cap/beanie.

Something he can wear, and get use out of.

Thanks for all your suggestions.

I was going to try and steer clear of clothing. He already has a lot of Kawasaki clothes. I'd estimate 90% of his wardrobe is Kawasaki green!

Some photos of me on his bike is a great idea. Maybe one for next year though...haven't quite got the pre-preggas body back yet. (As much as I love my bub, I don't think my body will ever be the same again....but thats a story for another forum)

A track day sounds like a good idea. He is always telling me he wants to go on one. So how do I go about organising it? Who do I contact? We live in Brisbane. Are there any previous requirements?

You can give him a ksrc rego plate surround. I never got to fitting it on the gpx before selling it, and i dont think it'd be clever to fit it to my suzuki *grin*
