I was a naughty little boy!

Following on from the "Emabarrassing moments on a bike" thread, which I think loads of us have gotten huge laughs from, and also shared in some more err painfull memories, I thought it might also be fun to share some of the Naughty things you have done on a motor bike!!!!! :D

Now , before you start telling stories of thrashing sex on the gearsack rack, I am more referring to Naughty, as in 200KPH on a motor bike Naughty!!!!!

I'll start with a story A "Friend" told me!!!!!!

1990/91, in the hills just a little east of Melbourne, a guy on a ZX10 (1989 Model) and another guy on a red and white GPX 750R, were having a little derby! As was the custom of the day. Upon exiting a third gear corner with both bikes almost side by side, engines revving to near redline, rear suspension bucking and weaving as was also the custom of the day, a white, clearly marked, police sedan entered the two riders field of vision. Even for a polic person of limited capacity, it was reasonably clear the both bikes were exceeding the posted 100 KPH speed limit!

Immediately the Police vehicles front grill dropped to the tarmac with the sudden force of almost full brakes applied. The riders were at this stage a little concerned that he might turn around and give chase!

Oddly enough this is what he did????? Both riders immediately made what could now be described as bad decisions! But back then we described them as "Faaark that was close"

Both riders saw the car turn around and immediately upped the pace. It went from carve each other up, to fast and almost crazy. K700 and 701 tyres by the way, worked incredibly well. I shudder to think attempting it on those tyres now, spoilt we are, but once again, it was the custom of the day.

They went like buggery, but every now and then would see that the car was still hanging in there. They were pulling away, but nowhere near as rapidly as the riders would have liked. It was tight, and this gave the car a corner speed advantage. there were no straights to pull a gap or gain under brakes for the bikes.

The riders then managed to turn off the road they were on and enter one which had some looooong straights, with some hard braking into tightish turns. This was their saving grace. They managed to hightail it into Berwick, and park at the back of a business under an anwing for a little break. It was then that they heard the Helicopter!!!!!!

Thankfully for them, it had not arrived in time to see them pull in. They waited for a little while, 4 hours and a packet of fags, before daring to venture back out to head home.

Farkin really hard to write in third person isn't it!!!

...bummer, I dont go fast....
when i do things jump out in front of me

Ummmm even if it WAS in the past, AND in the third party I dont think admitting to speeding to writing will be as well taken as falling off due to being dumb. DAMN good fun to read but... 8)
I thought we were supposed to keep this stuff secret

..but , there was this time, at band camp....

I remember this one time, returning from the gap at Halls. Was a nice long country road made of awesome straights and good visability sweepers. I was ringing the 600s neck on the straights, finding throttle end stop in sixth on a number of occasions and barely backing off for the sweeping corners. This went on for what seemed like hours, but still this damn ZZR1100 was large as life in my mirrors

The weekend my (ahem) mate got his sexy looking green ZX12, he decided to take it upto NSW for a run. On the way back, he was crusing on about 210-220 when he saw a cop car on the side of the road. He thought "too late now... Cant stop" and upped the speed a bit. Now crusing on roughly 240, he looks in his mirror to see the party lights in the distance. He was amazed (as I was.... of course :P ) that the cop was catching him at that speed. So up went the speed again... All the way to 310 for a few minutes. A few side roads later and a 30min stop, he was off again with no problems.
