Went on the KSRC ride 2 weekends ago or so, came home and clutch cable snapped at least it was close to home. Now I can't find my main motorbike key, must be around somewhere as I got the bike home...

Oh well, take the spare out of the drawer, get the bike to Race replica (they came picked it up) new clutch cable in, all is good, rode to Blood Bank, made my fortnightly donation then rode home, today I want to go for a ride and I can't find th spare key now...

Normally I keep it in one of the side pockets of the bike jacket but not there, either I need to quit riding or i'm senile or perhaps both?

If you're really lucky you'll find them in the lining of the jacket, check the pocket for a hole.

Hole in pocket - exactly my thoughts.

Also, fortnightly donation?? When I gave blood in UK, they recommended every 3 months - was a pint each time. Wouldn't know how much they take here as am not allowed to give blood, lived in UK during Mad Kaw desiese

I give plasma, so white blood only, and a pint at a time.

That must be before he migrated to Sydney then and became an admin at KSRC? :)

I've been promoted from a prick to just an arsehole now? :D

I actually do a fair bit of voluntary/charity type stuff, donate to the Anzacs and Legacy etc without exception, I figurre if these blokes are prepared to go to war and fight for the country I was born and live in, least I can do is support em. Donate to Greenpeace regulary, someone has to keep the bastards (pollies) honest.

Sponsor a child in Nepal, got my head shaved for a cure, all sorts of wierd shit like that, why?? Fucked if I know, not like I get that big a wage that I need the tax benefits, just a sucker for a good cause I guess...

indeed. having been to india, i know have an appreciation for what poverty really is. India is so close to pulling out of 3rd world status, i hope it happens soon (next few decades) it truely is heartbreaking seeing kids eating rotten fruit.

Now if you could find me a place in Melbourne who sponsors homeless people i would sponsor one.
I would like them to get into a house then get jobs etc.
I undertsand there would be a risk etc for the main person/company putting up the money.

Maybe a hostel place. You find them a job they pay rent each week, BUT the sponsor money goes to the hostel and the person has to work, no work no roof over there head.

Give them say 18 months to become stable then they have to move out.

I will give money, but have little time away forma computer to give.
So roll out the melbourne people who need sponsorship.
