i got mould on the ceiling of my bathroom ?
how do i get rid of it ?
and how do i stop this happening again ?

I find the best way is
TO STOP POSTING IRRELAVANT CRAP TO KSRC.
Works for me, as does having the room vented with a ceiling fan..

Ceiling exhaust fans can only do so much.
Its the not posting irrelevant crap that will have it cleared up in no time.!

Clean it with sugar soap and allow the room to be ventilated during the day.

um paint with mold resistant paint.
clean with mould kill, remember to wear protective\ gear though.
then as the others have said venting is important.

Prevention is the key.
Adeqete ventalation
Exhaust fan
Mould resitant pant
Clean with sugar soap, or demestos
Use a cheap broom
