What to do in sydney...

Im going to Sydney for work on Saturday, I will be flying in friday morning, working saturday and looking around on Sunday (flying back sunday night)...

I want to go an see the opera house.... What else is there in that area that I can go and see?

thers like this bridge thing, but you might not find it...
or this big tower thingy, its kinda good for a look of sydney...
not sure of the adress of centrepoint tower, but if you look up and walk towards the big tall thingy, you'll find it.

I liked traveling around opera house - quay (?) etc. by boat. Real nice. I heard the "Putty" is also nice :P

Stereo,

Theres the harbour brige climb, the ferries at circular quay, centerpoint tower in pitt st ( u can't miss it its the street u cant drive down), chinese gardens, chinatown, kings cross, the rocks ( down near circular quay) heaps to see

then there is "Casa de Madkaw"...........great food, great company......

perhaps a few of us could meet up Sat arvo/evening or Sunday perhaps? plenty of stupid stuff to do in the city if you can tolerate a few dickheads with ya, and even more things if you tell 'em to phark off!

Not sure what I am up to on Sat night, might have a work dinner or if not I think Steph and I will probably go to a restaurant or similar.... Sunday I want to see the opera house, not sure about the bridge climb.... Would love to do it but its pretty pricy from what I understand.... Chinese gardens sound cool though....

Catch the ferry over to Manly and back...
if you're going to the chinese gardens, dont eat at Darling Harbour(too pricey), walk down to chinatown...

I liked Taronga too... with the harbour in the background... nice.
Then I am an animal.

I reckon a vist to "the wall" would be educational too.... :shock:

The Bavarian Beer Cafe at Manly wharf is awesome...

Great food, awesome beer and did I mention awesome beer... :D
