G'day guys,
well as the price of most vehicles, (2 or 4 wheeled) down here in tassie is so much higher than the rest of oz, i was wondering if you guys could find out hte price of a ZX636 or could give me the phone number of as many Kawa Dealers as possible and they want $16,200 down here for a newy! but i thikn i remeber people saying they got them cheaper...
I know i could buy one second hand also and save heaps. But i would just like to weight up the costs, cause i need to transport from pref Syd or Melb back to tassie,
plus then i have rego and road worthy, and buying new includes all this stuf.. plus it means i don't need to take time off work!
anyway guys if u have some exact prices with a store name and number that owuld b awesome....
Cheers guys!

Saki, if you buy from melbourne,
the spiriit's the best and cheapest way to get it over.
a 1-way plane ticket to melbourne is SFA these days, then catch the spirit back and ride back to hobart.

Qld are usually even cheaper than Vic and NSW so might be worth heading further afield and weigh that up with freight costs of course.. And yu don't want a bike from SA, they sound funny and like Neka, you just never really know their trur origins...

when i went to my local dealer for my VTR they said "call a few of the syd mobs, get quotes & ill do wot they can do"..as they were a small rural dealership, and they had only RRP to go on...so i rang a few , called my local & said "i can get it for $x"
and i paid the same price..for the cost of a fone call...

Who are you going to get to do your servicing, the local dealer or someone else? You might have to way up how much you are saving to what sort of service you are going to get from your local dealer.
