Cheap bike dust cover.

I was hunting around for another old sheet at home the other day to use as a dust cover while the race bike is stored. Didn't want to buy a cover as it is stored inside, just something to keep the dust off. Anyhow, the bride had done a little spring cleaning and given away all the old stuff to St Vinnies. While at the local corner supermarket I tripped over a neat and cheap little fix.
Cloth backed plastic picnic table cloth! $2.00 and works a treat!

My bike cover and it cost nothing. Not quite true ... it cost a couple of slabs and some serious Panadol recovery time after we
liberated it from a local town hall.
I was younger and a lot sillier .... and in uniform back then

mine...cost me nothing
its the plastic cover off a single bed mattress
(which I had bought) with one side...slit down the middle and so,
it covers the bike perfectly

well our bike cover actually covers our bbq, as our bikes get riden daily and kept in a garage..

The cops get a little grumpy seeing and hearing a full blown race bike howl along the streets at night with no lights, indicators or mirrors. They might take my number!
