Some shifty neighbour has the same wireless door bell as me... Ringing at midnight, 2am...
Might walk up the street pushing my remote and see which door opens...

Most wireless door bells should have the option to change the frequency that it operates on to avois this problem.
open up the battery compartment and there should be a little numbered slide adjustment switch in both the button and the bell parts.
