No bike riding incident to tell you of, but I am in fu**ing pain.

Decided to go for a walk to the shops, but didn't make it that far...

I tripped up in a misaligned footpath and I think I have sprained my ankle...

OW!!!! Shit it hurts....And I have noone to take me to the Chemist to get a bandage

If we were in the good ole US of A I'd say - "Go to the doctors for a certificate, get a photo of the offending section of footpath and sue the council for as much as you can get."

In this fine country of ours you'll just get - damn shame, better open your eyes and look where you're going next time.

Having had a few ankle injuries myself (soccer and basketball) Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. With no bandage it won't hurt to at least do the other 3.
