Glad you're back with us Brett, the place isn't the same without ya.

As for the smokes, you can do without em. Your past the nicoteen cravings, and now all that is left is the habit triggers. When you feel the urge to light up, laugh at it and say, "you can't get me that easy". Worked for me, 2.5 years so far.

He won't dare take up the fags again ( Neka, mina....sorry boys, play times over now!!) & he wont be sticking those filthy fuggen cigareetes in his gob either or we will kick his scrawny little freckle till he can't sit down!!! (or take it up the poo!)
