Will give you a call later in the week Dave....Might be interested in this
Let me know if ur going disco, I'll most probably be there
I need 2 thing's rego and gear but can only afford 1 this week ....Do I buy gear and go riding OR rego and no riding for another 2 week's till I can get gear ....FARK!!!!
Check out Ballards.com.au for gear and spares, they are very reasonable and Australian.
If you planning on going to Pacific park then you wont need rego there

Oh yeah, with Ktm's you put the side stand up, then hop on and kick start or push button. Their stand is designed to hold the bike. Not the bike and the rider kicking the shit out of it.

I was working on mine..Had it on the side stand
Got up to go to the beer fridge and bang..turned around to see it laying on the deck snapped the stand bolt..
The urge for that next beer saved me from having the thing laying on top of me
Btw...Spare part prices for KTM's are up the arse..think it was close to $50 for a fugging bolt and spacer.
Wattie is right though...seen plenty of people trying to start em while on the stand...Not a good idea.

Another weekend preparing tracks for the Mallee Masters 2 day trail ride event. (3-4 Sep)
Day 1 is 180kms of tight and open sand tracks, day 2 i believe is half that distance, it is hard work riding this shit but its the most fun I have had getting fit
The guy in the light blue overalls is 70 years old , fit as a fiddle
His mate in the grey overalls is not quite as old but was an australian champion a few times apparently, it was like he had eyes in the back of his head and wicked it up to another level when I got close
