Weighed myself this morning and it was 92.8kg's.

Health is back to relative normality so hopefully things will start to settle down a bit.

Had a bit of a bludge weekend and consumed too much alcohol, way too much lol.

Back on track from now though.

ive stabilised at 85... only drinking once a week now (im not counting free drinks ) and pushing harder and swimming a couple hundred metres further when i swim...
