Here is one from a few years ago. It is interesting to see how my style has changed.

Yep, we are

Thats me behind Shaun......though that colour ZX-6R and the Barros helmet look familiar
The old girls get along OK for "road bikes" thats the first time I have ever taken it to the track. I didnt adjust the suspension, or tyre pressure on the M5's.......just rode it.

So who was passing who Ed? Were the old guys on the old style bikes on street tyres keeping up with the track bikes on their slicks?

They were doing great, mate!

I only saw them on that session though... I went through my videos and they're not on any other so I think they changed groups or something.
I was riding on slow intermediate with some friends who are new to the track (only my second time at WP as well). Lotsa fun if a bit on the dangerous side... I hadn't been on a bike since June and I enjoyed riding on a slower group 'cause it forced me to take different lines and to learn to overtake on the outside (never been too confident doing that) but to be honest, next time I'll book in the correct group! lol

Nah, we were in that group all day, just for the later sessions we got out first so we got some clear track, there were some - um - very creative lines from some of the people in that group, and some that should have been in the slow group.
