I only ever used Motul 5100 from almost new back in '95. Mine being a B1 94 model.
Initial break in period recommends a mineral oil to enable proper bedding in, then after after that stick with one oil.
I did, and never had any issues for the 12 years I owned it. Not even the slightest seepage from gaskets. It was one clean machine !

Oh boy, oil threads almost certainly will ignite interesting debate.
Seen too many of these to get too involved in.
I'm not a professional, just an average bloke with sensible knowledge who will never propose to know too much about any one thing.
Thanks goodness, though, for the internet, one can do some research and cross check info to be sure of oneself.
