I'm guessing this is a stab at my earlier post? not much i have to say to a racist who struggles with the english language himself!!!!! So you obviously don't consider it DANGEROUS for someone to wipe out a whole family in a head on crash due to the fact that they were speeding.....

The 1% you got right was "travelling to fast for the prevailling conditions", that is speeding......
