Update- ..................

It appears the above mentioned purchase has gone south!!! It appears at this stage, despite asking several times that the bike carries no compliance. Seller is checking to see if he can organise one but the costs will pull him up real quick!
So it's back to the classifieds again in search of a pearl laying in someones garage somewhere. Hopefully not somewhere over a rainbow!
I'll keep you all posted as to the continueing saga with compliance, or the search for a new cycle, whichever happens.

Whatever, it doesn't matter anymore, as I am on the Hunt again. I didn't get a chance to have a look at one close by me this arvo, as A work lunch went later than expected. Hopefully I can look at it tomorrow during the day, and then there is another which I want to look at tomorrow around 5 which sounds good. 40K's, black, and sold and serviced by Cosways who I know well. It's the right money too.
Also found an R1 which is going really cheap too. So I may take a look at that as well. I would prefer a Kwaka, but if it were cheap enough.......... I could put up with an R1
All I want is a light, powerful, short rolling chassis with mad suspension and brakes and we're away!
