Weelll... its Tuesday again....

Time for another weigh in... So far it has been too easy.... but I dont expect this one to be.... Granted I have very closely followed the diet, but that said, I am finding it hard to "want" to go to the gym.... Every day I get home its dark and cold.... it just doesnt make me want to go.... I did spend about 3 hours walking during the weekend, hopefully that helps.... Oh well... find out tonight... I am finding that I am able to get into my clothes a lot easier....

My Biggest failing this week has been having a few drinks on friday night... I find it hard to resist when its right there in front of me... (This is actually a double shame, because firstly I had promised myself that I wasnt going to have any (because I am allowed a few glasses) and secondly because I didnt stop after two...)

My Biggest success this week. I was in Bendigo for work a few days ago and I had to eat at a restaurant.... I ordered a salad (no dressing) instead of steak and chips... (even though my boss was trying EVERYTHING to get me to eat steak)...

Do you go to the gym with someone else?? If you can find a training partner, it's easier to make yourself go to the gym knowing that there is someone waiting for you.

So true... back when I was younger I used to have a gym partner, but no... I dont at the moment.... And I dont really want to take my wife.... She makes me want to lift weights that are too heavy for me for some reason....
