the rear is a little chalky after its visit to the gravel trap, but its chicken free.... the front has a little hint of La Ionica tho :lol:

I hit a chook on my dirt bike and it turned into strips well mostly feathers and a big mess but that was before any chicken joint had them strips I tell ya :roll:
