Bought your gear? Got it Insured yet? Do that before you go riding.

Stick to the north/north west near your place plenty of great roads to learn around our area:
Old Pacific Highway
old northern rd to wisemans ferry
dural to berowra (bit tricky until you know the route)
out to sackville ferry (tricky route)
then the first bit of putty road to colo heights
bells line of rd up the mountains
the list goes on and on..... get to it
ps, don't recommend any aggressive/intense/fast music in those ear buds be be honest I would advise all beginning riders to stay WELL AWAY from music for the first few years of riding, but hey each to their own, just be conscious of it and watch the way music effects the way you ride, and if you don't try riding without it you'll never know if it's affecting you.

gear is being picked up today as i ride a bike i cant really go in the wet its sunny now will be heading out in a few
as for the music i tend to listen to instrumentals mostly when i ride as it gets my mind flowing with rhymes, but if its anything else i tend to speed, stupid i know
as for insurance im letting dad sort that out for me dont know how insurance works and i dont think i want to, seems like its just hustling except put in a more fancy way
p.s that road i think its old pacific highway one near the pie in the sky that was a real good one 1st time there with the boys so i rode pretty slow either that or my 250 cant keep up with hoffys 10 smithys 14 even the 750s

my bike feels so puney *intimidated*
might head up there today after the gear

Sounds good, if you get up here around 4-4:30 I might be able to go for a lap with you but the traffic will be getting crazy coming up here around that time. No insurance no ridey tho
*edit just one more thing, it's not your bike mate it's you, put me on your bike and you on mine do you think you'll be quicker than me through the twisties? You're learning, just enjoy it

Wat? Are you saying you can't ride in the wet? What are you going to do if you're 200km from home in your 'sunny' gear and it starts raining? Stay there? You need to be competent in all conditions, so you may as well start now.
And could you hurry up. I want to get started on punctuation.

what do you mean even the 750, if your 250 kept up with my ZX7R I would give up riding

Haha your funny Tim

, I have gotton a lot better though, went over some old vids and recordings and comparing them to now :O big difference

would like to get some more lessons though but been so busy, and sounds like u have to

.
Back on topic, good to see your getting gear sorted and insurance

.
As others have said riding in all conditions is a must, you don't have to be going flat out just get some confidence, if it's raining jump on the bike and go find some roundabouts
As for instrumentals, I still can't listen to them from some of the bands I like

Yeah, it's a rort, but if you don't care about throwing your bike away, just go for the 3rd party comprehensive, fire and theft. At least you will be covered if it's pinched and everyone else will be covered if you crash into them.

Yer comprehensive is a bit expensive. But if u do serious damage to your bike you'll be glad you got it

.
3rd party is great for a bike you don't mind throwing away of its written off (cheaper one) but gives peace of mind about other vehicle damages so your not paying off a stupid dept your whole life, or if you simply can't afford the more expensive comprehensive

Insuremyride, aami, swann insurance, qbe are the cheapest I found for my age (23) when getting quotes

sorry for the late reply been busy lately i went down to the bike gear warehouse store @ Campbelltown they told me they wont be open to the public unless you take a card from them and rock up there at around 9-12 as i don't know my sizes didn't want to order anything online and end up being the wrong size ( with my other clothes i just rock up try em on if it fits im done shopping its quick compared to girls

)
and as for the gear im headin there on Saturday narellen warehouse as for now a mate has let me borrow his dririder jacket as hes more of a cager now only decent gear i am missing now is boots and some kevlar jeans ( but my cargos/jeans should suffice for now not as good as the Kevlar ones but yea)
its not the whole confidence in the rain that i am lacking, i know it might sound stupid but i don't like getting my baby wet (ye i know it sounds dirty ) (apart from washes) + from what i have seen cars put a nice 20 meter tail of water behind them so you literally cant see shit
about the ride @ pie in the sky i think its mainly the L plate that intimidates me but i got super excited when i saw another ninja with l plates there last sunday
