hmm, what about a padded jiffy padded bag with the stickers looped around a cut up peice of toilet roll/paper towel/glad wrap/alfoil core? that shouldn't be *too* thick, just sticket height +5mm or so. Be light as hell as well. Would at worst give good support and a slight curve to the sticker.

Feel free to poopoo the idea, but it's the best i can come up with.

Oh and definitely in for 2x white.
