next week the engine comes out and i will be taking to kelens to see wtf is going on and seeing how much it costs. If its not the gearbox, ill do the repairs myself, since i have noticed aslong as you have patience bikes are a shit load easier to work on then cars.

yean i couldnt believe my luck, what makes it worse was i have been asking all the other wreckers thinking liverpool wreckers wouldnt have anything, but he just sold a complete one a month ago hahah.
Ok so i have checked liverpool wreckers {cleaned out by me}, stmarys wreckers, metros {going tomorrow for muffler}, sydney motorcycle wreckers, south west wreckers, brisons & eastern creek wreckers. No fairings left.
as above picking up a standard muffler for the blue slip, then off again and the micron back on.
If anyone knows where i can find a good quality LH side fairing, standard indicators please let me know.
Oh and if anyone has any engine parts like ooooo a starter clutch, just pm me please.
Cheers
Dave

ok so update is:
need to finsh the fairings since couldnt find a LH fairing i thought i would try plastic weilding, and worked out really well.
havent had a decent weekend to spray for the last month so that was put on hold.
THANKYOU so much Joe for the engine and other little parts. I still owe you some money. Plus i need those indicators off you dude if i can.
Found out today since the bike is under 10years i dont have to get a VIV check, so thats great since its now $426.
so in the next 2 weeks hopefully the weather is good and i can spray the fairings and once that is done she goes back together and on the road YAY finally haha 16 days to go.

2k im so sick of the other 2, the gpx has acrylic on it at the moment but its crap so im respraying with 2k next weekend hopefully, then she is getting sold lol.
but dont know weather i should put a clear coat on. the green shines so well. but only problem is the paint isnt the same green as my other fairings.

the 02 green is alittle darker.
