I'm so going to be jelious if the bike dosent have a tank protector. Seriously.

What dose the tank have that we dont?

And welcome tank. i mean Biggles.

Right! Heres my new baby. Just picked it up yesterday. I decided to reduce the cc's of my bike from the 98 ZX9R to this 04 ZX6R 636. There was a few contributing factors to this decision. Firstly, I wanted a bike more focused for the track as I anticipate spending a lot more time there because there are no cages to run me off the road plus no wanker cops like Quick_stix looking to fill there quotas with my money. Secondly, I wanted to get a bike that would be suitable for my better half when she is finished with her Bandit 250....then I can upgrade to a ZX10R. Thirdly, The 636 as I understand it has wayyyyyyy more midrange than BOTH the ZX10R and the ZX9R :D

Originally I was one of the silly ones who went straight from a ZXR250 straight to a ZX9R missing out the whole 600 experience, so one could say I'm trying to reclaim my youth  :D

She is a beauty....only 5k on the clock, showroom 'stock' condition and I see her as a blank canvas ready to be 'blinged.' If anyone has any valuable suggestions on what should be done first (apart from the obvious of getting rid on the ugly tail and putting an undertail/integrated lights) let me know what is worthwhile to make this track weapon go a little better.

Anyway, my new baby (sorry, my other baby hasn't 'yet' posed for my new bike)

Awesome Biggles. 1st thing to do to that is sort the rear suspension out!! The linkage ratio is all fucked up. Take it to a suspension guy over there who knows his stuff and have it modded before it sends your arsehole out through your mouth!!!

BTW, I missed the high beam shots!!! Any chance of reloading?

I felt it was super hard actually...mind you I've lost 10kgs since my accident so I'm like a featherweight on top of it. I'll try to set the standard shock up initially to see if I can get it performing and save some mulla for an ohlins or WP rear shock at some stage. It was fantastic to ride...felt like a brand new bike :D

no!!! we dont wanna see ur arse!!...mind u if ur lady freind wants to give us a pic of her "bum dyno" results...that would be different!!

and the "a bit hard" is what strika is referring to , that ur arse may end up in ur mouth...we nicknamed em "barra" due to their stiff bum...
