Kawasaki zzr-250 and a shopping centre carpark ... I was 17 and it was love at first almost drop . It took me another 7 years to get the spine to actually get one, but when I did I loved it to bits and pieces and have been one-eyed green ever since.

They can take my Kwaka from my cold dead hand

i firstly had a Toyota supra turbo and i was always telling myself i would never get a bike. Anyway i was riding around on my mates XR250 in a paddock and i had an absolute ball. (even if it is an Xr250 and a honda!) then decided i would scrap the car and not have to pay $100 a week in fuel. and had a look at all the little 250 road bikes as i wanted a road if i was going to have it as a daily!

so anyway looke at CBR250's and they where just WAY to over priced.

Then i stumbled across the ZXR250... not only did the paper stats say it was faster, but it seemed to be faster when i used to have drag races with a mate on his CBR250.

ever since then i have just stuck with Kawa's!

I had a freind who used to work at Midtowns in Brissy and he let me sit on his 6R back in 95 or there-abouts...

It just felt right

My sisters boyfriend is the number 1 motorcross champ in Oz and rides for Kawasaki. I thought I would go and see those road bikes, loved em and got it at cost price

Have been attracted to the looks of all Kawasaki bikes ever since I was a wee little boy wanting a pee-wee 50... Fell in love with the ZX-6, therefore pledging my riding allegance to kawasaki till my lisence allows me to ride one.

what got me into kawasaki?........................ZX10R`S ... everything before that was crap!
