Come to think of it I can't even take a photo of an empty letterbox as I haven't got one of those either, so deprived

Maybe that's the problem?
For what it's worth, the delivery guy left a card in my letter box telling me that I could collect the parcel from the post office.
Have you guys without yours rung the local P.O. to see if they have the parcel?

Hey Mick. The other night I woke up with a start. Could hear crashing that sounded like it was right under my window. Thought oh my god someone is belting my car. Heard footsteps running & more crashing.
Looked out the window. No-one to see, nothing outside. Thought I must have been dreaming it so went back to bed.
Didn't think any more about it til I went out to check the mail the next time & realized what they had been smashing.
