i did the same abt 18 months ago..
i got $500 cash (in the hand)..and a promotion to manager ...after 6 months as manger ii was quitting again...i got demoted, and another $500 cash incentive to saty...hahaha

It's not the fact of how many words u type it was the fact that there was a widescreen plasma TV size picture on the last page. Oh, that means it was a HUGE picture.
