I walked into the same dealership with cash to buy my ZZR250 when I first started riding. (I didn't tell the salesman that I had the cash to buy the bike right now as I had not started negotiating.)They had none in stock, and I was told that they would call me as soon as one arrived.
Guess what- no-one ever called me back and my brand new ZZR and subsequent ER6 were purchased from another dealer on the other side of town!
I had to order a brake lever from them (you think this would be a stock item). I called to see that they had it in stock- I was told "Yes, we will hold it for you." Drove straight there- nothing put away and no lever in stock!
Had a friend recently go there to purchase a mirror and oggies (for an ER) - waited a month for the order only to find out that the wrong parts were ordered.
This is my closest Kwaka dealer but I NEVER go there any more (even before I defected to Suzuki.)

Since the thread title isn't specific to buying kwaka bikes...
I wanted to get two Mikuni (popular) main jets from the local busy bike shop. Basically two brass screws with a precise hole. $12 each for aftermarket (not Mikuni) jets! And no swaps if I need a different size! WTF? I tell the guy that I can get them for $3 each off ebay and he says ebay is killing bike shops. Well no shit. If I bought all my main jets from them it would have cost me $144 just to end up with the one pair that I need.
