Anybody know where to get a visor for a 15 yr old Kiwi K10 helmet.
If I could see through the visor i'd still be wearing it

Ive got a blue and black FM but is only legal in UK, so had to buy another so I've got a black and silver Shark aswell.
Both very comfy, no wind noise, I prefer the colour scheme on the FM as it matches my jacket better but the Shark is a better fit, maybe cos I haven't worn it as much! Both have seatbelt buckles, I have reasons for this, whatever "safety" pros or cons there are, I cant wear D-rings!

Maaate, these things were the rudimentary of the rudimentary (kinda like me), damn I loved that helmet.
The only 'fixed' full face helmet that I could put on/take off without having to remove my glasses (sight worse than a wombat). Now I have an RXT Flip face jobbie, which is ok, but it's no KIWI K10!!!

Ditto - I found after a while the KBC worked a bit loose.
Shoei XR-1000 - it's yellow/orange, so goes well with the green bike (photo below now an 'X' which adds mystery), and it fitted like a glove - only on my head.

For me it has always been the Arai. Shoeis don't fit me well. Currently have an Arai Quantum and love it.

Hehe, reminds me that finally after 2 months of riding with me, i've finally convinced Michelle to learn how to do up the buckle on her helmet herself. I still check it to make her feel better about how its done up of course, hehe

I also have a shoei head and after a couple of cheap helmets decided it was time for a real one.
Better ventilation than the cheapies i tried and way more comfotable.

My first 'proper' helmet was a Shark...didn't like it much but to fair it was way too small for me (my bad).
Next up was my current lid, an AGV 'X-Vent'....getting a bit long in the tooth now, my only complaint is a bit of wind noise.
For my new lid I think I'll be giving either a Shoei or an Arai a go to see what all the fuss is about
