i got a new rear tyre on a week or so ago, saw ty in the stano carpark yesterday and he'll be able to confirm a lack of chicken strips after 1 ride thru the park.........

My chicken strips are still about 10mm wide on the new bike. Slowly as she goes, still getting used to the bike / running it in and i don't want to chuck it down the road with only 400kms on the clock.
No chicken strips on my old 7, I scrubbed that tyre in on the last Reefton ride. It was amasing, I actually found some dry roads that day.

i'll have to take a photo of my old metzeler sportec front that i destroyed at the track after the 6 hour race there last october and more recently, the rear diablo corsa...
