the cops have the best job high way patrol they can legally do what they want and have what ever they want( on there own bikes LOL!) because if they get pulled over they are treated like a brother. they get PAID from the shit we have to throw away(tax)but yet your average cop is a fake ive rang them in a time of need and they never showed up.they like doing shit thats ezy.i guese there to busy fucking each other but to be honest all the video shit they have now the old days have long gone.a good kick up the arse was the days i lived with not liking it but they would let you be and just a warning.they should be chasing the DANGEROUS shit that can't even talk english!!!!!:kuda:

If you don't like dealing with them, then don't break the law! and if you do break the law, man up and stop being a baby!
just because we call on them to do what they should be doing doesnt mean we cant voice displeasure at them doing something we believe to be wrong... we call upon hospitals to help us in a medical emergency, but should we just sit quiet about the waiting times and bed availability because funding is so low?
mate if you get pulled over for speeding, guess what you did something wrong not the police. dont know of to many people getting in trouble for doing the right thing!!!, as for the public health system that's another debate in its self, keep on topic :?
if you could look past the actual words and look at the meaning you might understand me... the hospital piece was an analogy regarding our rights to both criticize and call upon our police force/public health system...

you might want to refer to my earlier post too
Six Addict wrote:the problem is, since the coppers have taken the line that all speed kills, they have to police all these areas, and not just the areas where it is stupid to speed... if they didnt police these areas, their argument would be exposed for the fraud that it is...

im all for nailing dickheads who do stupid things, even if it happens to be me...
you'll also note the use of the word stupid, cos seriously, stupid driving is often more dangerous than technically illegal driving, and if police spent more time punishing stupid driving, the roads would be safer...

payes to read everything twice ;)

I'm guessing this is a stab at my earlier post? not much i have to say to a racist who struggles with the english language himself!!!!! So you obviously don't consider it DANGEROUS for someone to wipe out a whole family in a head on crash due to the fact that they were speeding.....

stupid driving = illegal driving, illegal driving =stupid driving. both = dangerous driving no matter how you look at it, whether you drive or ride its still doing the wrong thing

hopefully they will be riding around pulling over people who drive dangerously (eg. seen a p plater zig zaging inbetween traffic at speed with the car going all over the place), and not sitting behind a concrete pillar waiting for someone to do 90 on the on ramp of a 3 lane freeway that it posted at 80.

One thing that always amazes me about HWP is they dont seem to go after people who use fog lights. It is apparently illegal to use them in clear conditions becuase they are bright and are a pretty significant to screwing with other drivers vision. And i dare say it would come with a fine. But you see 8/10 cars who have fog lights, use them on a clear night.

Thanks for you input, i dont know what your trying to achieve by calling people babies and emotional...ohh hang on ive worked it out... More useless dribble and rambling cause thats all I'm capable of
Swearing is emotional big fella - and there was some as the immediate reaction on the first page.

Wasn't trying to achieve anything - also didn't call anyone emotional, I called the debate an emotional one.
Think you need to go back a read the posts properly.

This is always an emotional debate everytime it comes up.
Everyone's always upset with the cops and their apparently imbalanced focus on speeding.
Myself included at times

Now this has degenerated into yet another member sledging thread where people can't handle alternate opinions, and for once you're not the main instigator.

Hey guys, take the time to make sure your posts have grammatical corrections, a breath in between sentences, find a more intelligent word for a swear word and it would make for good reading. ;)

Sorry, I'm not fluent in doublespeak, nor am I a supporter of the war against eastasia....or was that eurasia.
But I thought that "Minority Report" was a great documentary.

Did you know that police bullet proof vests are supposed to get replaced every 5 yrs. They haven't been replaced in 15yrs.
Glad there spending money on unmarked HP bikes though eh.
